Blackwidow Chroma V2 TE Not Lighting Up (PS4)

Alright so I had the default color option working while connected to ps4, I hooked up the keyboard into synapse and messed around with some color options and then plugged it back into the ps4 and the lighting doesnt work, not even the default color setting. Is there any way I could at least get it back to where I could have the default color option working with my ps4?

    Hi there! Thanks for sharing your concern here. The Razer Blackwidow Chroma TE V2 and other chroma capable devices can illuminate the customized Chroma settings if it is directly connected to Razer Synapse. Otherwise, it will show its default Chroma lighting.
