Blackwidow disconnecting every 4 seconds!

I just bought a Razer Black widow keyboard and at first it work fine. i opened razer synapse to change some lighting and the keyboard started to disconnect and reconnect every 4 seconds or so. if i close synapse the problem stops and i can use my keyboard fine. however I'm unable to change lighting as synapse stops my keyboard from working. If anyone has a solution please let me know.

Hi there! Can you share a video of the issue? Also, does the same issue happen when Synapse is closed?
