Blackwidow elite blackout

Hi there,

I tried to post a case with support but the web form is asking me to enter my phone number and since I am not in USA it will not accept it. You must have some customers outside of USA how do they get any help?

Anyway , my issue is that my black widow elite keyboard will after some time of being idle just show lights but will not respond to keystrokes.

Mouse that is plugged into keyboard works fine but keyboard does not. Razer software also does not recognise it. it just shows mouse but the keyboard is gone. I have to use another keyboard or to unplug and plug blackwidow to USB

Any reasons for such behaviour? Since this behaviour is difficult to replicate I am afraid that shop where I bought it will reject my complains. they will just plug it and tell me that it is working fine.

If it was not so expensive I would just throw it in trash to be honest, it is that frustrating.
