Hello,
All of a sudden my keyboard lost functionality in the escape key, f keys, prt sc key and scr lk key.
Below is a screenshot of all the keys not working grayed out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow Elite and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work, send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
