Blackwidow Elite turns crazy if I dare to use the keypad

Each time I press 0 key it turns crazy, the fifth led turns red and then some keys goes green and others starts blinking creating nonsense macros, I did attempt to update the firmware but there is nothing about Elite at the support page, also the serial code at the back is a 16 digit number, not as 15 as the website states so I cannot reach any chat support rep because the website says this is no longer supported... Even that I have to miss one digit on it. Shift is not working, the poroblem is that I have a Linux rig where this keyboard works like a charm, but under Windows it keeps messing up with this kind of nonsense. What should I do?
