Blackwidow Elite V2 freezing.

Just got a Blackwidow Elite V2 the other day and several times I've experienced the keyboard freezing, where the lighting gets stuck in place, the media & volume controls stop working and the status indicator lights are stuck (caps/num lock still works though, just doesn't indicate). It mostly seems to happen when I use the volume control but has happened a few times when messing with Chroma Studio. Unplugging and plugging back in unfreezes the keyboard but then the lighting is on spectrum cycling, ignoring any profiles I have set in Chroma Studio and it doesn't work again unless I reboot. This was a fresh install of Synapse 3 (previously had 2 installed). I did un-install Synapse 3 and reinstall for good measure but it didn't seem to help. Also of note is that my Naga mouse has no issues. This only effects the keyboard.
