Blackwidow Elite volume wheel changes on overlay but doesnt change volume
I know there are a lot of issues recorded about the volume wheel doing odd things - recently i have annoyingly lost volume control. I'm seeing the popup overlay moving smoothly with my turns of the wheel, but it doesn't do anything to the system volume itself.
I've checked the mappings and all seems good, I've checked the sound defaults and tried killing the synapse processes etc.
does anyone have any ideas?

webVenetianRedtechno214When did you notice that your volume wheel is not functioning properly? Does the issue still happen while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? Please check to send me your computer's MSinfo and Razer Synapse logs. Save the file via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste the link in your PM.
