Blackwidow Elite volume wheel is not working

Hello, Volume wheel of Blackwidow Elite is not adjusting volume even it is assaigned in Synapse 3.0. The mute button is also not functioning. I have seen other people also have the same problem. Is there anyone who has found a solution? Thanks.
