BlackWidow Keyboard

I have a problem with my keyboard only when computer reboots. Keyboard is dark and when I try to enter password to sign into to Windows 10 Pro I hit 1st key and it fills in password field completely. I have to power down computer with power button and then start back up to get keyboard to work normally again. I only have the problem on reboot. I have completely remove Razer software and I just did a wipe and reinstall of OS and it was fine for 2 days and problem started again today. I have tried on a different computer and I have the same problem. Both computers Windows 10 Pro, 1 is an i5 the other is an i7. I had contacted support and they couldn't figure it out.
