Hi, i have a problem with my keyboard: some keys work intermittently, I need to push several time to make them work. For example:the first push doesn't work, the second push doesn't work, the third push works. The issue happens randomly but the problem appears to involve only the same keys. I tried to change usb port, reinstall synapse 3, install synapse 2 and i tried the keyboard on another pc. The problem haven't been fixed. Can you please help me? Did some people had the some issue? Do you have some suggestion to fix it? Thanks in advance. Bye

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blackwidow TE Chroma on our Support board. Have you tried resetting the keyboard through Razer Synapse 3.0 settings? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with the device serial number. I'll pick it up from there.

Thanks for your replay. It seems that a reset works. I take additional time to test the keyboard.

Thanks to Razer.SpeedCr0ss for the assistance. After only 3 years, the keyboard is faulty. Razer can't repair or replace the product because the guarantee is ended. A problem like this for a premium product is rather disappointing. Considering that another my Razer product broke after only one year, it was a Deathadder Elite , this is double disappointing. Perhaps the Razer products are not what they seem to be. I still have a Basilisk and a Firfely but maybe is time to change before that... Cheers. An ex Razer customer.
