Blackwidow ultimate stealth 2016 not detected by Synapse

Hello everyone, I plugged in my BW ultimate stealth 2016 and the keyboard was installed, but it does not show up in my devices in Synapse. I repaired Synapse and also reinstalled it, but it still does not work. My Deathadder does work however and I plugged them in at the same time. Is this a software thing or did I plug in the keyboard in the wrong way? Kind regards

    Hey @JesZtar, does your BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth properly appear in the Device Manager? A screenshot of that would help us isolate the issue.
