Hi, My Ultimate Stealth keyboard 2014 is double keying and some keys don't respond at first touch, need to key several times or hold it in to respond. help

    When did the issue start? Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? Let's isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link.
