Blackwidow V2 showing in windows as Razer Bootloader

My keyboard started acting weird while I was playing when I tried to unplug it and plug it back it didn't work and the keyboard started to pop up as a flash drive named Razer Bootloader I've tried to update firmware but it was just looping

Try to disable the USB boot in the BIOS settings and test the keyboard on a different PC. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your device so I can start a case and forward it to our RMA Team for a replacement request.
