Hi, my brand new blackwidow v3’s backspace key is non responsive. It is lit and does not seem to be stuck or sound any different to other keys when pressed but does not delete. I have bound other keys to it and still nothing. All other keys function. Any help gratefully recieved!

Hello there,
Does it make any different when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? What about reinstalling your keyboard’s drivers? Feel free to send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
