Blackwidow v3 Battery problem

Hello, Yesterday my keyboard drop battery to 10 % and i pluged and charged her to usb 3.0. Today when i want use her wireless, she light on for 1 sec and off. On synapse 3 just show up for 1-2 sec with 0% battery and disappears. When i plug in cable, she appear with 100 % battery. Can someone help me with this problem. Sorry for my bad english but it is not my first language. Regards! :)

    Hi, I experienced just like what you stated above. What I did to get it fixed was connecting it to USB port and switching to Wired mode. On Synapse it will increase quite slowly (7% after 1-2 hours). And after a while, the battery became 100% on Synapse and it's working on wireless mode again now. But... the battery indicator on Synapse is still inaccurate. It displays 100% after some usage and not decreasing a bit.
