Blackwidow V3 Key spam

Hi, I recently got a Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro, however when using the numpad the 8 key creates 2/3 characters when pressing once. I have already updated the firmware but the issue still persists. it doesn't happen always but quite often. Any ideas on how to fix this ?

    Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background, and is the keyboard connected directly to your PC? Let's try to fix this issue by following the steps provided on this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your keyboard.
