BlackWidow V3 Mini 2.4GHz dongle does not work

I have been with this product for 4 months, and today I ran into an issue: I suddenly found that the 2.4GHz dongle seems not working, after plugin into my laptop, Windows neither shows a notificaiton nor plays a sound. Switching to WiFi/Hyperspeed mode, keyboard RGB backlight is on but cannot key in anything as if never connected to the laptop. I have tried to plugin into another PC, still no response from Windows. Is the dongle broken or I need to install some software/firmware updates?

    Did you check if the connectivity mode was toggled to BT or 2.4hz? Check the power indicator as well if the battery still has sufficient power. Download the Synapse 3 application to fetch necessary drivers and updates for your device. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the problem.
