Blackwidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed 65% double typing

Ive had this keyboard about 2 weeks noww and the ww key is double pressing. Is there any fix for this? I can't see a firmware update for the mini only the tkl.

    Hello, Check if exiting from Synapse will help (right click on the Razer Central icon in tray, close all apps). Also you can try to test it on other PC without synapse installed.

    Tried closing synapse, usb direct to pc no hub, bluetooth mode all still have the issue. Will try another pc after work

    If you're still experiencing the same issue even on a different PC that's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number of your keyboard and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty and start a case for a replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
