Blackwidow V3 Pro 2.4 ghz issue

Hello! My first post so bear with me. I just got the Blackwidow V3 Pro yesterday, maybe I'm missing something but, when I'm using the wired connection everything works fine, but when I switches over to 2.4 ghz, the keyboard disappears from Synapse which means the lightning goes back to default settings. I have also noticed that in Windows, under devices, when running on 2.4 ghz it says "Driver missing" for the Blackwidow V3 Pro, and as soon as I plug the USB-C in the "Driver missing" message disappears. Correct me if I'm wrong, as far as I know there are no drivers for the the V3 Pro, I have also done the firmware update to the latest. Any ideas?

Does the keyboard still get detected on your Device Manager when connected via 2.4 GHz? Fix the issue by following the steps on this page. But if the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to check for a model-specific way to sort this out. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
