Blackwidow V3 Pro - Bluetooth connection question

I recently purchased a Blackwidow V3 Pro. While everything works well, it's a bit annoying when switching between devices. It always takes 5~ 10 seconds to switch between devices (e.g. when switching to bluetooth I would be watching the bluetooth light blinking for like 6 seconds to establish connection). Is it my keyboard being faulty or is it just razer doesn't have good bluetooth connection? the logitech G915 I had switches between 2.4ghz and bluetooth essentially instantly.

    The transition from 2.4 GHz to a BT connection should be seamless. Try to update its firmware by following the steps here. If that didn't help, let me know through PM and provide the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you address the connection issue of your keyboard.
