Blackwidow v3 pro - how to stop entering sleep mode

hi, I've got my blackwidow recently. I see that after few minutes without activity, the keyboard goes into power saving mode (sleep?). When I try to start typing, it takes several seconds for the keyboard to wake up and start actually typing. It's really annoying. How to prevent that? I've already connected it to my windows PC, used Synapse to disable Power Saving. Then I reconnected to my main PC (Ubuntu) via bluetooth, and it still goes into sleep.
