Blackwidow v3 pro lighting problem

Hi, Ever since my keyboard starting using it lighting on warframe suddenly my keyboard all the lighting goes off and wont turn on. i stopped using my keyboard with the warframe app lighting wise i turned all apps that can affect my keyboards lighting off. when i switch from like static to other modes it still wont turn on. making a new profile and trying again didn't work, fn+12 didnt work either. When i Exit razer synapse suddenly my lighting goes on.... but when i enter synapse again it goes off. T_T
