Did the firmware update, but my keyboard is not charging. It went up to 15% immediately after the update, but then dropped to 3%. Will not work unless plugged directly into the PC. Hovering around 2%.

Blackwidow V3 Pro not charging
Have you tried different cable charger even a charge that's older does 1 amp only.
I try that first.
