Blackwidow V3 Pro Not Charging

I'm having an issue where my keyboard is not charging at all. When plugged in, Synapse will show the percentage at 0%, bump up to 1% for around thirty seconds, and then immediately drop down to 0% again. I haven't had issues with this before, it just randomly started happening today.

I’ve tried so far:

4 different USB ports

3 different cables

2 different chargers

2 different powerbanks

Reinstalled Razer software.

checked Firmware for both keyboard and dongle and both are up to date.

 

Keyboard is working fine when plugged in into computer so I can still us it, but can use it wirelesly 

 

not sure what to do now.

1. Reinstall your keyboard drivers.

2. Perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse

3. Test the keyboard on a different PC to see if the problem persists.
