Blackwidow V3 Pro vol wheel and Basilisk Ultimate scroll wheel

When I use either the keyboard volume wheel it jumps back and forth in both directions and doesn't consistently raise or lower volume. If I rely on it there are times where it takes a good minute just to raise the volume a little bit. The mouse scroll wheel does the exact same thing with pages. Whenever I try to scroll down it will keep bouncing up and down vigorously.

      Does the behavior happen while the keyboard and mouse are plugged into another USB port or computer? Also, check if the issue persists while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed.
