blackwidow v3 sticky/unresponsive keys

I recently updated synapse and since then i have been having problems with my keyboard. my e, t, m, and s, keys all put 2 characters for 1 press. my backspace key is completely unresponsive. how can i fix this?

Have you tried exiting Synapse and check if it yields the same issue? Did you try to connect to different USB ports? Let's isolate the behavior first by performing the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number via PM. I'll lock this thread now.
