BlackWidow V3 stopped working


Last night while in the middle of a match on one of my games my BLACKWIDOW V3 completely shut off. I unplugged the keyboard and tried every usb slot on my pc and it wont even detect it. I tried closing synapse through task manager and even doing the steps to take it out of demo mode yet nothing. Ive only had the thing for a little over 2 weeks and honestly have not even used it too much. The firmware was updated 2 days ago i think but it wont let me try to reinstall it cause my pc wont detect it. I also tried the keyboard out on another pc, an xbox, and a ps5 and nothing will detect it.

If it’s 2 week old - then return it/rma - you’ll get a new unit

Let me assist you with your concern. Were any changes made to your system or device before the problem occurred? Did you receive and install any Windows updates recently? Were there any incidents that happened to your device before the issue? e.g. spilled liquid, etc. Please PM me your Razer DeathAdder V3 serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation.
