BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless keyboard.
After updating the Razer Synapse application to version 4, profile switching and macros on the keyboard stopped working (this was the main reason I purchased it). Reinstalling the application, updating all drivers, and resetting the keyboard did not help.

To isolate the issue, please perform a clean reinstall of Synapse 4 and check if the keyboard is detected properly in Synapse 4. Kindly, open Razer Synapse 4 and ensure that the Razer BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless appears under your devices. If it does not, try connecting the keyboard directly to another USB port and avoid using a USB hub.

- Keyboard serial number serial number
- Your computer Windows version
- Your current Synapse 4 version
- Confirm whether the keyboard is affected in all apps/games or only specific ones
- Whether the issue started immediately after the Synapse 4 update.
