The Windows key stop working on my blackwidow V3, I had the keyboard for about 18 months now. I checked that the game mode was not active and that the key was not deactivated in synapse. I updated the software of the keyboard, uninstalled both synapse and the drivers and did a fresh reinstall of both and did a reset on said keyboard.
I am at my wits end and don’t know what to do at this point.

The key is still not working even if Synapse is temporarily disabled, right? Watch this video clip and try to clean your keyboard by following the steps. If that didn’t work out, drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
