blackwidow v3 windows key not working
I got my razor blackwidow v3 roughly a week ago and i noticed a couple days ago that the windows key had stopped working. I'm using it on my laptop so i tried the window key on my laptop and it worked fine and since this is a $130 keyboard i went back to the store and exchanged it. I get the new one home plug it in rock and roll the windows key worked. That was 4 hours a go and now this new keyboard's windows key has stopped working.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong or i have some setting mixed up in the razor synapse software but every other key on the keyboard seems to be working fine as far as i have noticed.
Help please lol

directGlaucoussolo988Please check if the behavior happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled. If the keyboard operates normally, please check if the gaming mode is turned on. Please refer to the screenshot below:
