It first started with the ‘W’ key and then noticed that the ‘A’ was being unresponsive. The last straw was the ‘Space Bar’ starting to go out. I cleaned out under the keycaps with compressed air and cleaned around with a Q-Tip and isopropyl alcohol and checked all the drivers via windows and also Razer. That fixed it for maybe a month. Through testing in noptepad, they keys seem to be unresponsive about 20% of the time. Has anyone found a solution?

Hi LyssaLotus,

I'm here to assist you. Could you let me know if any incidents occurred with your device before the issue started? Is there any visible physical damage to the device? Also, have you noticed this problem while Razer Synapse 3 is running in the background? Please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article. If these steps don't resolve the issue, please PM me the keyboard's serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. You can save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I’d appreciate it if you could send me a short recording for our team's visibility. All the best!
