Relaitvely new to the BW v4 LP HS and i kinda love it. However, I have an issue with the lights: I don’t want it to turn off the lights when not being used. I even deactivated these options in the settings. But the keyboard still goes all black after a few minutes. Of course, I changed profiles and updated to the current firmware. Nothing helps. Any ideas preventing it from turning off?

Blackwidow v4 always goes into sleep, even if it's deactivated
+1Hmm.. have the same KB, but mine works OK (doesn’t go into the sleep mode) when wireless power saving is set to off.
