Blackwidow v4 key rows not working

When I started my computer today, the entire key rows from M1, M3 and M6 were not working.

A Google search showed that a similar issue came up before and was caused by a faulty software update. I assume this is probably the case for me as well.

Is there anything I can do about it? How long does it usually take for issues like this to get fixed?

Try exit synapse (right click on Synapse central icon in tray and exit all apps), also you can try it on another PC without Synapse installed.
