Blackwidow v4, Keys are not working

Hello,

I got a Razer Blackwidow v4 for christmas present last christmas and now having some problems with some keys that are double tapping or no response at all. It very annoying cause it is “a” and “space” and it is a struggle writing and not enjoyable playing with it. Does this problem have a solution? I have tried reinstalling the synapse and done a “Hard reset” aswell.
