I just bought the black widow v4. I have a work laptop and a personal PC, and a switch that switches my peripherals between the two, which my keyboard and mouse are connected to.

Synapse 3 is installed on my pc but work will not let me install on my laptop. My macro buttons and lights (which are stored on the onboard keyboard) work if I have my pc on and switch to my laptop, but if I put my pc to sleep, neither the macros nor lights will not work on my laptop.

From my understanding, the keyboard should be saving these macros and light options to any other computer even if synapse isnt installed on that other computer, correct? Is anyone else having this problem and is there a solution? I havent been able to find anything online regarding a solution.
