It shows up in devices on synapse but when I click on the keyboard it shows a blank screen with the green loading circle. And then nothing happens.
I've tried to repair and re-install synapse but it makes no difference.
My pc is fully updated and all apps are up to date.

That’s odd. Try uninstalling all Razer-related files from your PC through the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer, reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0, then install all the supplemental updates available. Let me know how it went.
