I got a Blackwidow v4 i november and today i noticed my # key does not light up. It lights up when i unplug and plug it back in for like 5 secs and I didn’t have this issue on my old Razer keyboard. I have tried reinstalling, different studio settings, resetting the keyboard, different usbs, but I cannot find a fix.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
