Sometimes when I start my computer my Blackwidow V4 does not light up at all, I can type on it just fine when this happens, it just doesn’t light up. My Basilisk V3 works just fine all of the time. When I disconnect and reconnect the USB cable from the keyboard it lights up normally but having to do this is really annoying.

A lot of the time it works normally this just happens like maybe every 5 start ups or so. I was hoping that the Firmware update v1.02.00_r1 that was released on January 23rd was going to fix it since it said that it “fixed lighting issues” but it has happened multiple times since applying the firmware update, just happened again before I wrote this.

I’ve gone through all the steps that support provided me with to troubleshoot the issue, fresh installing synapse, changing USB ports, nothing seems to solve the issue.

 Is anyone else having this issue with their keyboard? I’m not sure what to do here and would really like some help with this.

Running on Windows 11 by the way.
