Blackwidow wired keeps disconnecting

This issue started last week and I have been following all the guides and troubleshooting on my own. The keyboard would connect to the computer and show up in Synapse and then about 5 seconds later it disappears and reconnects. I updated my computer to make sure everything was up to date and no fix. I uninstalled Synapse and the disconnection issue went away. Reinstalled and it came back. I then started removing services from Synapse and upon removing Chroma Studio, the keyboard is once again stable and stays connected. Obviously there is something wrong with the software. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? I bought your mouse and keyboard specifically to be able to use the RGB which is now unusable without the studio to program it.
