Blackwidow X Chroma Firmware Update Not Working

Good day, I want to update my firmware because I believe it is the reason why I have spamming keys and non working keys. But when I run the Firmware Update, it doesn't allow me to click "update". I closed all Synapse apps already and it makes no difference.
