Blackwidow X Chroma TE Not Showing Up in Synapse
So I literally just got my new Blackwidow in the mail about less than an hour ago, unboxed it, plugged it in, and Synapse doesn't pop up automatically like it should when plugging in a new device. The device is not showing up at all in Synapse. Windows is recognizing it being plugged obviously because I'm able to use it normally everywhere. Something interesting I noticed is in the Device Manager, the new device that showed up which is supposed to be the Blackwidow, is showing up as a 2nd mouse (Lancehead). It's showing up in the keyboards dropdown with the keyboard icon but with the Lancehead name... Can someone please help me get the Blackwidow to show up in synapse so I can actually start using it the way I should be able to?

That's Windows playing tricks on you. Uninstall the device drivers that pop up when you plug in your new keyboard then run Windows Updater. Shoot me a PM if the problem persists so I can help you further isolate the issue.
