I cannot get the laptop to use the RTX graphics card for any use. One day I was playing Diablo IV and the next day it stopped working.
The laptop still performs standard activities with no issue.
I tried a number of things including:
updating drivers
disabling reenabling GPU in device manager
reinstalling drivers
resetting laptop (not factory)
I am a graduate student and can use this laptop as a convenient way to run simulations and give presentations.
I am reasonably good with computers but I cannot be sure that the hardware is broken.
