Blade 15 (2018) Boot Loop

So like a week ago I just had this problem where when I turn on my laptop (from a shut down position), it boot loops for about 5 times. The first 3 were just keyboard lighting up, black screen. The other 2 it went to the Razer logo screen (BIOS) Just like this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXRN9NihAPM (not mine). What I realized is that the clock (system time of the OS) is always stuck on the last time I shut down. I saw there are several problems on this as well but have not find a solution. If you guys have any solution for this, it would be great! I don't think there's an authorized service center in my country, so yeah.

Boot loops typically have something to do with hardware, particularly the RAM or the storage drives. You will want to run multiple passes of MEMTEST86 and defragment the drives via Defragment and Optimize Drives in Windows. You will also want to check if the system time in the BIOS gets reset every after shutdown. Do send me your results with the serial number so I can help you troubleshoot. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
