Blade 15 Advanced 2018 - Camera and Webcam not detected at all

Recently, I've had trouble getting my internal mic to detect any sound at all. I updated from BIOS 1.06 to 1.08 and went through the other update packages for this model on Razer's site (including Realtek) - no luck. Device manager isn't even detecting the device.

In fact, now my webcam isn't even showing up anymore. I'm at my wit's end and extremely frustrated... I bought this refurbished from the razer store less than 3 months ago and have had to deal with this issue, rattling fans, and a clicky trackpad (in a bad way). Any pointers?

Sadly not. I went through some troubleshooting steps with a Razer rep and have ultimately resorted to an RMA. I dropped my laptop off at FedEx this morning.
