Blade 15 Advanced 2021 Random Freezes

Hi All I've got a brand new 2021 Blade 15 Advanced and it keeps freezing when running on battery, the screen / input devices become non responsive but I know the PC is still running as I can still hear sound via bluetooh headset. Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Please send me the serial number along with your system and application logs from Windows Event Viewer. I can use those to check what's happening in the background causing the freezes. By the way, are you getting any specific error messages before or after the freezes, and does the display turn black or blank? *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
