Blade 15 Base Webcam issues

Hello, I am having an issue where anytime I try to use my webcam, the webcam light on the top of the display to the left of the camera just flashes and it doesn't work. The device shows up properly in device manager and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the device without success. Permissions are set correctly in windows settings as well. This issue persists regardless of which app I am attempting to use. I have not had this device a year yet and have only used the webcam 1 time but now need it for zoom meetings. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

When did the issue start? Have made you made or allowed any changes in your laptop that could have triggered the camera issue? Please send me the following: a. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) b. Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Ensure to set the link's settings that will allow me to view its content.
