Unfortunately, my RAZER Blade 15 has had a black screen for a few days now.
I was watching some YouTube videos on it a week ago and suddenly the screen froze and a few lines appeared on the screen. I then shut down the laptop using the power button. When I switched it back on, there was only a black screen.
I then tried connecting an external monitor and there was indeed a picture.
I then contacted RAZER. They told me to reset the pc.
But after the first restart for the recovery there was no picture on the external monitor either.
Now there is no picture anywhere, only the fans are running and the keyboard is lit up.
I have tried to get into the bios but there is no picture there either.
Then I opened the laptop and did a bios reset, but also without success. Then I checked every ram, but no success.
Finally, I connected the ssd externally to another laptop, formatted it and reinstalled Windows and then put it back in the RAZER, again without success. Then I disconnected the internal monitor and connected the external one via hdmi, I tried to force the laptop to start via the external monitor, but without success. I don't know what to do now. Do you have any ideas?

By the way: I have never played on this laptop.
