Blade 15 - Boot Device Missing

Hello Team, I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced. Windows crashed with BSOD and since then it won't load, just loads into the BIOS. I have checked the BIOS and the SSD is found under "advanced/NVMe configuration" however no boot options are listed. I tried using a bootable windows USB drive however there were no disk drives detected to install into. I made no software or hardware changes prior to this issue. I feel like this is a failed SSD however was hoping others might have some ideas? Other than that, does anyone know the returns/warranty process for Australia? Thank you *

It's a possible hardware issue since you were not able to notice the SSD from the BIOS boot order. Refer to this article. Were you able to contact our Support Team via chat or email?
