Blade 15 RTX Running slow in OS

Hey, I've had my blade 15 for about 6 months now, and I noticed pretty early on that UI elements tend to be loading very slowly. The biggest thing I keep noticing is that when I right click, it loads immediately. But after I right click, when I try to do anything within the right click, like trying to make a new folder, it takes a long time to load, about 10 seconds. I tried wiping the laptop and getting a clean start, same issue. Just to be clear on the model, I have a Razer Blade 15 from 2019 with the RTX 2070 and Intel Core i7 8750H.

    It could be anything from SSD issues to a faulty memory stick. Can you put up a short clip of this happening? A screenshot of your CPU/GPU temps on idle and on load would also help us determine what the issue is.
