My Blade 18 running an i9-13950HX randomly freezes, requiring a hard reboot. I have verified all my drivers are up to date, system is not overheating, happens with or without peripheral monitors, with or without wired keyboard and mouse, with or without bluetooth keyboard and mouse. The computer is used for business, not gaming, running AutoCAD and Office 365 Primarily. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
